Robert Kirchner

Robert is Deputy Director General of the Directorate General Statistics at the Deutsche Bundesbank. He is also Vice-chair of the European Committee of Central Balance Sheet Data Offices (ECCBSO), Vice-chair of the Committee for Monetary, Financial and Balance of Payments Statistics (CMFB), Member of the Executive of the Irving Fisher Committee at the BIS, Representative of the Deutsche Bundesbank in several international and European committees (e.g. G20 DGI Contact Group), Member of the Coordination Group of the ECB Statistics Committee, chair and member of several working groups and task forces. Robert was also Member of the EMOS Board some years ago, representing the European System of Central Banks.
